Have a yoga session designed for your individual goals and interests.  Choose from power, restortative, or vinyasa styles.  Your session can focus on strength, flexibility, balance, breathing techniques, or meditation techniques.  This is especially great for the first time yogi or anyone nursing an injury.

private group class

Do you have a group of co-workers, a club, a team, a dorm floor, or just a group of friends that are interested in having a yoga class?  Try a single class, or bet yet try a multiple week progressive class series.


workshops
Pick your own topic of interest.  Posibble topics include yoga for stress reduction, yoga for daily flexibility, meditation techniques, parent/child yoga, yoga for sailors, yoga for golfers, yoga for dancers...the possibilities are endless!

corporate
Are you under a lot of pressure at work?  If you have a 30, 45, or 60 minute lunch break you can turn it into a yoga break!  Or perhaps you would like to have a session just before or right after work at your office.  All you need is a space on the floor the size of a beach towel and Becky will bring the rest.  Or Becky can lead you through a 15, 20, or 30 minutes stretch session at your desk while in your office clothes!  This type of session is designed to sooth your "desk muscles" and clear your head.  It's an ideal way to restore right before or after a meeting or deadline.
